• Active in Telecommunication since 1990
• Responsibility for entire legal services of DeTeMobil consisting of 7 legal counsels and staff from the beginning including preceding organisations
• Head of working group "Legal framework of restructuring of mobile communication" including foundation and handover of the business to the subsidiary of Deutsche Telekom AG
• Launching and development of legal services department as a service oriented department
• Legal responsibility for the acquisition of Satelindo / Indonesia, at that time the second biggest affiliated company within Deutsche Telekom Group in a foreign country, legal advice for license applications, acquisitions and joint ventures in the Netherlands, Belgium, Austria and the US
• Development of a system of sales contracts for whole mobile communications of Deutsche Telekom Group, transfer and extension to indirect sales of the whole group
• Development of products, major contributions within the projects "Prepaid Card", "Differentiated Tariffs", development of fixed-mobile convergent products and indirect sales for private customers of Deutsche Telekom's PSTN
• Chairman of Legal & Regulatory Group of the world-wide GSM MoU Association
• Since 1998 independent solicitor and consultant, advising in domestic and international enviroment

Legal advice and representation of medium-sized companies, continuous corporate experience over several years in building up a great company enable me to transfer this experience to such companies. This includes advice in setting up marketing and sales in structural respect as well as in particular actions, advice in questions of competition and labor law as well as representation concerning competition and labor law or simply enforcing payment claims.
